Office Announcements

The safety of our clients and our employees is our number one priority.  Rather than opening or closing our offices across the board, each counselor makes their own determination if they can safely reach the office to hold in-office appointments (telehealth appointments will continue as scheduled).  Despite the winter conditions that are expected to reach the area Tuesday 2/18/25 , our intent is to ensure that our offices are open to accommodate providers who are safely able to make it to the office to see in-office clients.  You can check below for current details about specific providers.

If your counselor has not cancelled your in-office appointment but you feel you are unable to safely reach the office, please make changes to your appointments in the client portal. Alternatively you can contact our scheduling department at scheduling@radzomcounseling.com to cancel or move your appointment to telehealth.

If your counselor is unable to safely make it to the office to hold an in-office appointment, we will send you a text cancelling the appointment, the counselor will likely adjust your appointment to a telehealth appointment.  If in doubt, check back on this page for updated information.
